Job Descriptions

• Admission – Cashier
Since the Admission Cashier is generally the first person to greet our guest
they should always be friendly and helpful. Each employee should be able to:
operate a cash register; process cash, check and credit card transactions;
have general computer skills; able to communicate effectively with
co-workers, guests and supervisors; be knowledgeable of the park and our
surrounding area; be properly attired and neatly groomed while on duty; be
16 years old or older; finally, the employee must be willing to complete any
additional task as assigned by a supervisor/manager.
• Arcade Attendant
The arcade attendant interacts with our guests providing assistance with
video games, locker rentals, and with redemption counter purchases. Each
employee should be able to: maintain video games and ticket games; be
friendly and helpful; work with children, have general computer skills; able
to communicate effectively with co-workers, guests and supervisors; be
knowledgeable of the park and our surrounding area; be properly attired and
neatly groomed while on duty; be 16 years old or older; finally, the
employee must be willing to complete any additional task as assigned by a
supervisor/manager.
• Concessions
The Concession worker is responsible for preparing food, stocking supplies,
cleaning and maintaining the condiment and food service area. Each employee
should be able to: stand for periods of time; tolerate exposure to heat; be
friendly and helpful; able to communicate effectively with co-workers,
guests and supervisors; be knowledgeable of the park and our surrounding
area; be properly attired and neatly groomed while on duty; be 16 years old
or older; finally, the employee must be willing to complete any additional
task as assigned by a supervisor/manager.
• Concessions – Cashier
The Concession Cashier is responsible for taking correct orders, preparing
food, stocking supplies, cleaning and maintaining the condiment and food
service area. Each employee should be able to: stand for periods of time;
tolerate exposure to heat, operate a cash register; process cash, check and
credit card transactions; have general computer skills; able to communicate
effectively with co-workers, guests and supervisors; be knowledgeable of the
park and our surrounding area; be properly attired and neatly groomed while
on duty; be 16 years old or older; finally, the employee must be willing to

• Go-Kart Track Attendant
The Track Attendant is responsible for enforcing park policies and safety
rules as set by management. Each employee should be able to: properly admit
guests to attractions, ensure the overall safety of riders; maintain
cleanliness of work area; stand for periods of time; tolerate exposure to
both heat and sunlight; be friendly and helpful; able to communicate
effectively with co-workers, guests and supervisors; be knowledgeable of the
park and our surrounding area; be properly attired and neatly groomed while
on duty; be 16 years old or older; finally, the employee must be willing to
complete any additional task as assigned by a supervisor/manager. (Physical
labor required.)
• Guest Services
The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for gathering demographic and
general information about our guests through gathering license plate
information, anonymous surveys, etc… Each employee should be able to: stand
for periods of time; tolerate exposure to both heat and sunlight; be
friendly and helpful; able to communicate effectively with co-workers,
guests and supervisors; be knowledgeable of the park and our surrounding
area; be properly attired and neatly groomed while on duty; be 16 years old
or older; finally, the employee must be willing to complete any additional
task as assigned by a supervisor/manager.
• Lifeguard
Certified lifeguards are responsible first and foremost for the safety of
our guests. Prevention is the key to safety and lifeguards provide a safe
environment by enforcing general park and safety rules. In addition to
becoming Ellis and Associates certified, lifeguards undergo eight hours of
in-service each month to maintain certification. Being water orientated and
a good swimmer are required. Each employee should be able to: stand for
periods of time with exposure to both sunlight and extreme temperatures; be
properly attired and neatly groomed while on duty, be 16 years old or older;
finally, the employee must be willing to complete any additional task as
assigned by a supervisor/manager.

• Maintenance – Grounds
The Maintenance – Grounds employee must be able to operate a lawn mower,
weed eater and various other types of machinery. Each employee should be
able to: tolerate exposure to both heat and sunlight; be friendly and
helpful; able to communicate effectively with co-workers, guests and
supervisors; be knowledgeable of the park and our surrounding area; be
properly attired and neatly groomed while on duty; be 16 years old or older;
finally, the employee must be willing to complete any additional task as
assigned by a supervisor/manager. (Physical labor required.)
• Maintenance – Park Services
The Maintenance – Park Services employee will be responsible for cleaning
all deck areas, washing down and cleaning all restrooms, picking up debris
and cleaning the arcade building. Each employee should be able to: tolerate
exposure to both heat and sunlight; be friendly and helpful; able to
communicate effectively with co-workers, guests and supervisors; be
knowledgeable of the park and our surrounding area; be properly attired and
neatly groomed while on duty; be 16 years old or older; finally, the
employee must be willing to complete any additional task as assigned by a
supervisor/manager. (Physical labor required.)
• Maintenance - Go-Karts
The Maintenance – Go-Kart employee should have knowledge of and experience
in small engine repair. Each employee should be able to: tolerate exposure
to both heat and sunlight; be friendly and helpful; able to communicate
effectively with co-workers, guests and supervisors; be knowledgeable of the
park and our surrounding area; be properly attired and neatly groomed while
on duty; be 16 years old or older; finally, the employee must be willing to
complete any additional task as assigned by a supervisor/manager. (Physical
labor required.)
